Perfect location, facilities excellent. Bar prices were very reasonable. Excellent weekend all round.
All of our party thought that the hotel was perfect.

It was a very short walk to Rock City and The Black Cherry Lounge
-
Good hotel, cheap and close to the centre
No wifi in rooms, only works in lobby, room carpets needed a good vac or replacing as the looked very dusty around the edges

Price and Location.
The old fashioned key system (minor complaint)

Room was shaby, needs a make over. Reception area unwelcoming.

nothing ok for one or two nights
-
The location and the rooms were a good size
The room was freezing cold and the heater blew out cold air, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and only having enough coffee milk for one drink was poor.
-
Central location. Excellent room, clean, very quiet despite being very central. Very very impressed.
Cost of breakfast + the car parking.
-
Location is excellent and the hotel is good value for money.
The hotel has clearly been taken over in the past few months and the new management are appalling. Policies have changed with no forewarning and the front desk staff were scruffy and incredibly unhelpful. Having stayed here several times before and never encountered any issues, this has totally changed my opinion of the place. So much so, in fact, my boyfriend and I had booked to stay here for New Years Eve this year and have subsequently cancelled the booking.
